CSK Himachal Pradesh Agricultural University was established in the year 1978. The University’s main aim is to provide remarkable education in the field of agriculture. Its focus is not the traditional agricultural studies but it mainly focus on the “hill and mountain agriculture”. Being different from other agricultural universities, CSK Himachal Pradesh Agricultural University vows to make its mark in the field of hill and mountain agriculture. Moreover, the university also aims to assist the farmers in the region of Himchal Pradesh and it also conducts researches.
