The university is situated in the Dubai Academic City and is well known for its academic services. The university is providing its services to the people of Dubai and Arab Emirates for past couple of decades. The college started its operations in 1993 and up till now has produced more than 2000 students. The university is working under the directorship of Dr. Robert Moulton.

The college was formed during a project by Higher Colleges of Technology in which the association wanted to increase the number of colleges in the country to increase the literacy level of the masses. The college is also affiliated with Higher Education Commission’s Ministry and is fully backed by the govt.

Admission Procedure 2024 - 2025

The process of admission in this college is very simple. Students have to submit their filled admission form in the university. This admission form can be obtained from their official web site as well as from their campus. University has declared that students must have 80 % in their 12th grade and more than 500 marks in their TOEFL exams.
