Aichi Medical University

Aichi Medical University is considered as private medical university that was established in 1971. It is located at Nagakute, Aichi, Japan.  Aichi Medical University (School of Medicine) was established and authorized in 1971. New university hospital was started its functions or operations in 1974. Nursing school was changed and renamed in 1974. University has one medical institute. 

Programs and Courses

Faculty of arts & Humanities offers programs in following subjects: Applied Arts, classics, design, Education, Fine Arts, History, literature, museum studies, performing arts, philosophy, religion & theology and visual arts. Faculty of business & social sciences include following subjects: Accounting/Finance, Anthropology & archaeology, Business/commerce/management, communication & media studies, development studies, Economics, geography, law. Faculty of language & cultural studies include following subjects: Aboriginal/ Indigenous people studies, African studies, American & Caribbean studies, Ancient & modern languages, Asian studies, English studies, European studies, French studies, German studies, Italian & Spanish studies. Faculty of medicine & health includes Anesthesia, Anatomy, Biomedical science, dentistry, dermatology, medicine/surgery, natural/alternative medicine, Nursing, obstetrics/ gynecology, Optometry/ ophthalmology, Orthopedics, pathology, podiatry, psychiatry, radiology and other medical and health studies. Faculty of engineering offers subjects of aeronautical engineering, agricultural engineering, architectural engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, general engineering and other engineering studies. 

Admission Procedure 2024 - 2025

University requires the results of entry test conducted by the university. Students should pass admission test of particular subject or faculty from which they want to get admission. Students should submit all required documents in order to get admission in Aichi Medical University.
