Saurashtra University

Saurashtra University was established in the year 1967. Sprawling over an area of 360 acres, the University is situated in the city of Rajkot which is in the Indian State of Gujarat. The University has around 320 colleges affiliated to it in the region. The university was reaccredited ‘B’ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of India.

Admission Procedure 2024 - 2025

The admissions in the university can be obtained through merit basis and entrance test. Usually, every department has its own method of awarding admissions. Generally, the candidate should have at least bachelor’s degree in order to get the admission in the postgraduate programs. For the admissions in the undergraduate courses one must successfully clear intermediate first. Students are required to pass qualifying exams to get admission in various programs.
