Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University was established in 2000 in the city of Nagpur which is located in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The vision of the University is to be recognized as university of excellence by the year 2025. The University offers studies in Animal and Fishery Sciences in order to cater the needs of Animal and Fishery Sectors.
The University comprises of three faculties namely, Veterinary Sciences, Dairy Technology, Fishery Science in which undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses are offered.
In order to get the admission in the undergraduate program, an individual should have passed the intermediate level while for the admissions in the postgraduate program, a bachelors degree is required. For foreign students the criteria for admission is following GMAT = 550 GRE = 280 SAT = 1600.
