Celal Bayar University was founded on 11 July 1992 and is located in Manisa, Turkey. Celal Bayar University is an academic institution of high quality. There are 5 faculties, 4 collages, 16 vocational schools, 3 institutions, 10 research and application centers and a hospital. They want to produce universal knowledge; their mission is to use it for the benefits of the society and humanity by educating youth with modern vision. Their vision is to be an educational institution which is skilled, honored and cooperative in both national and international field.

The faculty offered by the university is faculty of medicine, faculty of economics and administrative sciences, faculty of education, faculty of sciences and letters and faculty of engineering.

Four schools of Celal are very famous and these schools are providing their expertise in the fields of Physical education and sports, school of tobacco technology engineering, school of health and school of applied sciences.

These vocational schools include Ahmet li Vocational School, Vocational School of Philadelphia, Golmarmara Vocational School, Geology of Vocational School, Vocational School in Kula, Salihli Vocational School, Saruhan Vocational School, Soma Vocational School and Akhisar Vocational School.
