Cankiri Karatekin University was established in 2007, located in Cankiri, Turkey. Cankiri Karatekin University basically is in competition at the international level, artistic and scientific thinking with the philosophy of learning equipped knowledge. Their vision is basically to give the students every opportunity to study at international level of education.

Programs and Faculty of University

Cankiri Karatekin University offers graduate programs. They have faculties including Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Forestry and Faculty of Engineering. Institutes which includes Institute of Science, Institute of Fine Arts, Institute of Social Sciences and Turkish Institute.

Schools

Cankiri Karatekin University has two schools with the name of School of Health Sciences and Ilgaz Tourism and Hotel Management School.

Vocational Schools

Canikiri University has number of vocational schools due to which the credibility of university is increasing day by day. These vocational schools are vocational school, Red River College, Leafy Vocational School and Eldivan School of Health Sciences.

Research Centers

To fulfill the research needs of students as well of teachers, university has designed three centers. These centers are Centre for Eurasian Strategic Studies, Implementation of European Union Studies and Application and Research Center.

Admission Procedure 2024 - 2025

Foreign students with scores of more than 1600 in SAT exams are appreciated by the university. The university has also notified that only those local students will be permitted to enter university who will pass admission test along with final interview.
