The university is located in Tekirdag city of Turkey. University is working under administration of Tarakya University and currently has 14000 students in it. In 1982 university has just agriculture department but it started its operations as a university in 2006. University has a staff of 560 members which assist students in various walks of life.
Institutes:
There are three institutes of in university and these are: Institute of Science, Institute of Health Sciences and Institute of Social Sciences.
High Schools:
University has also some high schools for students and these are known as: School of Health Sciences, School of Physical Education and Sport and School of Foreign Languages.
Vocational High Schools:
Vocational schools of the university are: Vocational School of Technical Sciences, Corlu Vocational School, Vocational Malkara, Vocational Cerkezkoy, Vocational School House, Vocational School of Health, Vocational School of Social Sciences, Vocational Hayrabolu, Sarkoy Vocational School, Vocational School of Marmara Eregli and Vocational Muratli.
Centers:
Research Centers of the university are: Health Practice and Research Center and Women's Problems Research and Application Center and Scientific and Technological Research Application and Research Center.

The university offers following faculty to its students: Faculty of Agriculture, School of Medicine, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Corlu Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Arts and Sciences and Design and Architecture Faculty of Fine Arts.
