Yildiz Technical University was established in 1911. Yildiz Technical University is one of the seven government universities and it is the third oldest university of Turkey, located in Istanbul. With its great services, it is known as one of the best universities in the country as well. Yildiz Technical University has 10 Faculties, 2 Institutes and the Vocational School of Higher Education. Their vision is to become one of the most famous world universities on the basis their educational and cultural environment.

For the students within the state, there is admission test, which is essential. The scores of the tests, GRE and SAT matter if you want to take admission as an international student. The scores must be more than 1600 in SAT and 280 in GRE.
