Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University came into being in 1994. The university is situated in the city of Nanded which is in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The university is named after Swami Ramanand Teerth who was a social activist. The vision of university is to enlighten the student with knowledge, education and wisdom so that it gets transformed into a source of immense power. The university hosted INSPIRES (Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research) Science Internship Camp.National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) categorized the university in ‘B’ grade.

Admission Procedure 2017 - 2018

Since there are many different departments, so the eligibility criteria for admissions might also differ. Generally, for the undergraduate program, the candidate should have intermediate education while on the other hand, for the admission in the postgraduate programs, a bachelor’s degree is required. University conducts qualifying exams in order to get admission in all of its programs.
