This famous university was founded by Kamal Puri and is located in the well known university city of Sharjah. The university was established in 1990 to serve the educational needs of the people of Sharjah. The university provides technical knowledge relating to the fields of aviation, travel and tourism, marketing business and computer sciences. 98 % of the faculty staff has Ph.D.’s.

The university conducts only business related programs in their university. Their major and only graduate and post graduate programs are Bachelor in Business Administration and Masters in Business Administration. However they provide a number of fields in these programs including finance, marketing, management, information system and International business. The major reason behind this is that they don’t want to divert their concentration in different fields which sometimes result in decrease in quality.
