The Hitit University has three institutes with the names of Institute of Science, Institute of Social Sciences and Institute of Health Sciences.

Vocational schools of Hitit University are famous and in reasonable quantity. These schools have the following names: Vocational School, Omar Osmancik MYO Derindere, Sungurlu Vocational School, Iskilip Vocational School and Pied Vocational School.
Research and Application Centers
University has research centers with the name of Parent H.Bektas Research and Application Center, Practice for Continuing Education and Research Center, Recite the Hittite civilization and Research Center, Scientific Technical Research and Application Center, Black Sea Archaeology Lab. and Research Center.
